After reserving your project with a Contract and Deposit, you'll receive a link our Shared Google Doc where you'll have an organized list of what to do before your project starts.
To ensure we make the most of your investment, you will have to complete some homework listed our Shared Google Doc before your dream day – you’ll fill out some comprehensive Fillable PDF Workbooks, Provide Website Content/Copy, Gather Images and All Other Files. All of these will be used for design and development.

Using the workbooks & files to guide us, our process starts with a strong groundwork of brand personality, core messaging and target audience research. We will build out the brand identity, design concept, style and present a creative direction for your website.

We'll create and present to you Brand Style Guide for the Brand Design including: Full Logo Kit (Including Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, and Brand Icon), Brand Graphics, Colour Palette, Typography Suite, and get your approval before we officially start designing.
We'll continue designing your website's homepage. We will need your approval of the homepage before we continue designing the rest of the site to make sure we're on the right track. Once approved, we'll design the rest of the pages in your website using the design we have come up with, as well as finishing touches and any additional integrations. We'll also insert basic SEO keywords into your Page Titles and Descriptions so your website can be found on Google.

We will perfect your website design and work on any revisions throughout the day. We'll send you the link to your new site, you open it to review, and simply place your comments directly on the site. You can give comments using text, draw on the screen, highlight elements, attach an image, annotate screenshots, & even record a video screen capture right on the site. You can have up to 3 rounds of revisions. After you send feedback, we'll check your revision requests and work on them. Once completed, we'll mark it as resolved.

Once design has been finalized, you'll be asked to test the site completely for final site check and approval.
Your final payment will be due before we transfer the website to you. Then, time to celebrate! Once final payment has been made, your site will be implemented into your own Showit account. We’ll hand off your dream website and you'll receive access to your brand files and access to our exclusive Showit Video Tutorial Course with 40+ video tutorials!
Once our project wraps up, we'll be ready to help you launch whenever you give me the go ahead! This means that we will reach out to the Showit team on your behalf to launch your new website and take care of pointing your domain to the new site.

Included in your Dream Kit is the Dream Launch Checklist which will help make sure you go live without a hitch and get you ready for launch! You can also refer to the Showit Video Tutorial Library with video trainings to help you be empowered to update your website on your own after launch and make the most of your new website.
You will have 30 days of post-launch support after your Dream Day ends. You may reach out if you have any questions on how to make updates to your new site and any additional questions you may have. If you need anything in the future, we’re only an email away. Also, the Showit support team is always ready to help you with your Showit website! You can Live Chat with them, send them support tickets 24/7, or ask questions to the user group.
